Plus, you will look and feel better than ever before!

One BIG reason people fail to achieve their lifestyle goals is the lack of accountability. Our program has the participants journaling their food intake. With weekly consultations with Jessy, you will find that the accountability of your eating behavior will keep you on track.

We strive for our clients to achieve a lifetime of health and fitness while living a life full of energy and vitality! Cardiovascular exercise and resistance training are very important parts of reaching this goal. That’s why this membership package includes a minimum of three sessions a week with a personal trainer, a personalized nutrition plan and on-going weight and body composition testing.
